  • Dealing with routine repairs/maintenance
  • Payment of repairs and other property out-goings from rents
  • Serving of notices for possession
  • Check out at end of tenancy

10% of all rents collected plus VAT (12%). Plus setting up fee £240 per tenancy inclusive of VAT.
